As I mentioned in my newsletter this week, I am always on the lookout for quick and easy snacks that I can eat on the run. So these 5 minute snacks really make life so much easier for me. I also like to mix it up a bit so that I don’t get bored by eating the same thing over and over again.

So, here’s a diagram that shows how you can pair these 11 ingredients up to create 6 perfect snacks.

These snacks are super quick and easy to make and eat.

Option 1: Carrots, humus, Cayene pepper
Option 2: Carrots, peanut butter, raisins
Option 3: Apple, peanut butter, raisins
Option 4: Apple, low fat white cheese, grapes
Option 5: Crackers, cheese, grapes
Option 6: Crackers, tuna, cucumber
