I have grown up eating pretty healthy all my life with little indulgences along the way. Sometimes I’m less healthy than others and other times I also just want to binge on starch and sweets.
At the moment I’m all about healthy foods, fresh foods, and delicious summer fruits. Bring on the fruit salad.
