#34 Roll downs & Inverted V’s – At home 5 minute Pilates Stretching

Today we are doing a little more stretching than usual in this roll downs & Inverted V’s workout. You will still be working on strength in the Inverted V’s but focusing mainly on stretching out those hamstrings.
