I love peanut butter. I love yoghurt. And I love banana. Now put them all together and it’s almost too good too be true. This peanut butter yoghurt recipe is like eating dessert for breakfast.
Ingredients for this peanut butter yoghurt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon natural/organic unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 banana
What to do
- Mix the yoghurt and peanut butter together
- Slice the banana
- in a small jar, or a glass layer the yogurt and peanut butter a few times
VOILA! You have a super yummy breakfast that is easy enough to do during the week too. It’s such a treat and tastes like dessert. In my books, this is good enough to eat as a dessert too.
