Hello my friends on the interwebs. I have had a super rough start to this week with lovely events like; Being stuck in a HUGE traffic jam, due to an accident on the highway, causing me to be one and a half hours late for my first class of the week, And, hitting my husband with my car… TWICE.
So, I am in need of a good workout and something to relieve all stress and frustration. This glute and thigh workout is fantastic for just that, and as an added bonus you’ll be working those arms too.
