Hi guys, this exercise will get those legs burning today. It’s a fantastic exercise for people of all fitness levels and throughout the video I will refer to places where you can adapt the exercises to make them easier or more difficult.
A quick breakdown of how to adapt the exercises in this video.
- Elbows – Performing the exercises on your elbows/forearms is the easiest version.
- Hands – Performing the exercises with straight arms resting on your hands increases the difficulty to medium level.
- No hands – Performing the exercises with no hands makes them very difficult.
