Hey guys,

Today’s video is the 4th one in my beginner Pilates series. Things are getting a little more difficult now but I know you can do it!

What to really focus on in this beginner Pilates series

I want you to imagine that there is a tiny little bunny rabbit sleeping under your tummy and you really don’t want to squish it. In this beginner Pilates video I want you to focus on not squishing your bunny.

I want you to really give it all you’ve got for the next 5 minutes.
