Easiest 2 Ingredient Pancakes – 100% Gluten Free, low calorie, flourless recipe

I am so excited to be sharing this yummy recipe today.

This is probably my all time favourite healthy recipe. It is also the easiest recipe I have ever come across and it’s 100% natural. It’s all good!

Only 2 Ingredients:
1 Banana
2 x Eggs

Mash the banana and add the egg. Or, ever easier just blend them all together and Bam! That’s it. Scoop some batter into your pan, wait for bubbles to form and then flip them over.

You can serve these with fresh berries or like in my picture, mini ones on a skewer with fresh strawberries.
