#29 Roll Ups – 5 Minute Pilates at home ab workout

Today we are working on your ABS! Yes, please! I know you all love ab workouts.

We are doing a roll up workout today. In the video my legs are straight in front of me but for an easier version (if you struggle to come up) bend your legs slightly and hold onto your thighs to help you come up. You will then build up enough strength to come up with our hands and then with straight legs.
