#9 Relaxation – At home 5 minute relaxation techniques

Hey guys, today, my body is so sore. So, I decided to share one of my favourite things to do when my body is sore, after a tough workout, or if I can’t sleep.

In the beginning, it’s really difficult to relax and you’ll find your mind wondering. Try to steer it back to my voice as much as possible and try to focus on completely relaxing each body part that I mention.

This relaxation is great to do after a workout to help with stiffness, it’s also a great technique to learn as it helps with stress.
