  1. Glass of wine

    Red or White, it doesn’t matter.

  2. Comfort food

    Everyone loves comfort food, especially on a chilly day.

  3. Cooking

    There’s something therapeutic about standing in the kitchen with a pot boiling on the stove and a glass of wine in hand. Cooking gives me time to think. And, it used to be something I HAD to do, not something I enjoyed doing.

  4. Bubble bath

    Need I say more?

  5. Reading

    This one is sometimes tough if i’m really very tired. I can’t seem to keep my eyes open some days and those are the days I listen to audio books instead.

  6. Lighting some candles

    Well actually any form of dimmed light. Even just a lamp on instead of the main lights creates a more relaxed feel in the house.

  7. Coffee

    Strange? Yes! But a cup of coffee really relaxes me.

  8. Put your feet up

    Resting your feet and also getting blood flowing easier to these limbs always helps.
