#22 Pilates Core – 5 Minute Pilates Core Control

In this video I explain the principles behind your core muscle groups. I hope this gives you a better understanding into Pilates and into your core.

Remember, contracting your core muscles should not take more than 20% of your effort. I know this is tough in the beginning but repetition becomes habit!
